Background and Experience
Let me first introduce myself and give you an idea of my card grading background. My name is Jeffrey Weisenberg, and for the last 45 or so years I have been both a full time and part time dealer in sports cards and memorabilia. From 1979 - 1995 I was employed by Rotman Collectibles of Worcester, Massachusetts. I served as head grader, purchaser and seller for them. During my time at Rotmans, I purchased and graded in excess of $15 Million in cards and memorabilia. Through the years we had less than a 5% return rate on the cards sold through their auctions and catalogs. I think this is one of the lowest rates of return in the hobby and speaks volumes for the wide acceptance of my grading system. We managed to achieve this low return rate by accurately and consistently grading all cards with my time tested and tuned grading system. In September of 1995 I left Rotmans to form National Card Investors. Here I strive to continue the outstanding service and grading you have all come to appreciate and accept. My return rate since the beginning of National Card Investors is less than 1%. What you get from me is well graded cards and outstanding customer service.
